I strive to help health-minded individuals find their inner peace; balancing the mind, body and spirit with a range of massage modalities that fit their specific needs and wants. The goal is to help clients become more aware of the importance of self-care and how the body functions. I am a professionally Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Herbalist, Herbal Educator and Yoga Instructor. I have a very strong passion for health,wellness and rekindling our connection to nature. Herbal Health and Wellness Consultation
A comprehensive look at your health through the lens of an herbalist. Working with you to address specific health issues or overall wellness goals with the help of plant medicine. Diving into how the body functions and what brings you into wholistic balance. An initial 10 minute phone consult is available to discuss your goals or email me directly to book your appointment. This will be followed by an in depth intake that will be sent to you via email. Recommendations and herbal remedies will be available if needed.
