About the event
Focusing on reverence for the gifts Creator has given us. You will learn about the medicinal properties of a different plant every week, contraindications, preparations for making herbal medicine and identification. I am a Certified Herbalist and my background as a Licensed Massage Therapist and Yoga Instructor will bring mindfulness practices and self care techniques into the space. Every class we will discuss a women's empowerment topic to add tools to our tool box in empowering ourselves and the women around us. Bring a note pad and pen. $10- $20 sliding scale.
